Job Description

About the role

Swiggy’s Growth Marketing team builds technology that improves campaign execution, customer engagement, and partner experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of MarTech, applied AI, and product execution. You will identify high-impact problems, prototype solutions, work with Engineering and AI platform teams to productionise them, and drive adoption after launch.

What you will do

• Build customer-facing conversational experiences across WhatsApp and voice for consumers and restaurant partners.

• Work with agent-platform and MCP teams to improve conversation quality, user context, tool selection, and failure recovery.

• Diagnose and improve latency across model inference, speech processing, tool calls, and downstream APIs.

• Define instrumentation, evaluation frameworks, latency budgets, and release-readiness checks for AI agents.

• Work on user profiling and personalisation so agents can use relevant customer or partner context while respecting privacy and access controls.

• Build automations for campaign creation, audience segmentation, personalisation, push notifications, WhatsApp workflows, and marketing operations.

• Convert business and user problems into PRDs, product flows, acceptance criteria, rollout plans, and GTM plans.

• Use data, SQL, experimentation, and production traces to measure quality, adoption, reliability, and business impact.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Infrastructure, and external technology partners to take solutions from discovery to production.

• Create operating documentation, monitoring, and support processes so launched products can be adopted and improved over time.

What we are looking for

• Experience in product execution, MarTech, growth technology, CRM, applied AI, or consumer internet products.

• Strong ability to break down ambiguous business or user problems and convert them into a clear execution plan.

• Working knowledge of APIs, data systems, SQL, and scripting or prototyping with Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.

• Understanding of LLM-based agents, tool calling, conversation state, user context, evaluations, and latency trade-offs.

• Experience writing PRDs and working closely with Engineering teams on delivery.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate failures across multiple systems.

• Clear communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Bias towards building and testing solutions, not only documenting requirements.

Good to have

• Experience with WhatsApp, voice, telephony, ASR, TTS, or conversational AI.

• Experience with MCP or similar tool-integration frameworks.

• Familiarity with marketing, engagement, attribution, or customer-data platforms.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, observability, deployment workflows, and production operations.

• Experience in a high-growth consumer technology or e-commerce company.

• Experience using Generative AI to build internal tools or customer-facing workflows.

This role is a fit if you

• Enjoy solving problems that span product, technology, data, and operations.

• Can move from a user problem to a working prototype and then to a production-ready product.

• Care about agent response quality and latency, not just whether an agent technically works.

• Are comfortable working through ambiguity and coordinating across multiple teams.

• Think beyond launch and focus on adoption, reliability, and measurable outcomes.
