Exceptional opportunity for students who possess a keen interest and foundational knowledge in front-end development, human factors engineering, or interaction design. You will have the chance to apply your academic learning and emerging professional skills in a truly meaningful way, directly impacting the lives of diverse users and contributing to a more inclusive digital landscape. Beyond technical skills, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong sense of empathy, a proactive problem-solving approach, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive user experience.

• Development Phase: Work with our development teams to ensure code is written with accessibility in mind, focusing on proper use of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Testing Phase: Assist in testing applications for accessibility. You'll use a combination of automated tools, manual checks, and testing with assistive technologies like screen readers to identify and report issues.
• AI Development (Bonus): If you have experience in AI, you may have the opportunity to contribute to projects involving AI-powered accessibility features.

Skills We're Looking For

• Front-End Development: A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Empathy: A genuine desire to understand and advocate for the needs of users with disabilities.
• Design Skills: An eye for good design and an understanding of user experience principles.
• Bonus Skills: Experience or interest in AI development is a plus.
